The 3-hole pattern dates back to a 1920s patent held by GMMCO in Chicago in the 1920s and has been copied by every other casket hardware handle manufacturer on the planet. This part is stamped in Chicago from US steel on the same equipment, and under the same family management, today as it was in the 1920s.
