Shipping policy

We ship Monday through Friday except for US Holidays. All orders received by 11:00AM Central Time, will ship the same day. 

All orders ship from our warehouse location in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

We offer package shipping via UPS and USPS to all US states and territories and more than 200 foreign countries.

We offer standard freight service on large orders to the continental US. Please contact us to make special arrangements for freight to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, and all foreign countries.

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping promotions to the continental US States only. Free shipping will use the most affordable rate available with a delivery schedule not more than 10 business days.

Any import duties respective to given countries are the responsibility of the customer.

While an estimated shipping time may display in the shopping cart during checkout, the actual shipping time is calculated once the order has been fulfilled. Customers receive a tracking number for each package fulfilled with.
