Rooted in an age-old tradition.
These period coffin nails are cut much the same way they were 150 years ago. These solid-steel nails have outstanding durability and holding power. Sometimes the finest detail can affect the aesthetic of the project as a whole. These box nails will add that detail to your casket or coffin.
Approximately 140 nails per 1 lb. bag.
Box Nails are lighter than Common Cut Nails but are used for similar applications.
Designed originally for the construction of wood boxes and crates, Box Nails are also used for nailing fences, siding, face nailing floors, framing, and roughing.
All our nails are made on original 19th century and early 20th century nail machines, this may lead to variation in head shape and slight differences in nail length. All of our nails are proudly manufactured and packaged in the USA.
