This type of arm hinges on a patented 3-hole pattern and can be connected to a simple single adapter or a pair of arms can be used with a lug. The arm is secured to the outside of a wood casket with single or double lug or bracket. The arm is wrapped around an oval dowel handle made from wood or steel.
This arm is available in two sizes including a 1x1-1/4 oval and a 1x1-3/8 oval. Both are compatible with ourwooden oval dowel handles, with the smaller of the two making for a a very tight fitwith our oval wooden dowels. The 1x1-3/8arm and adapteris a little easier to fit with our oval dowels. If you are making your own oval dowel handles with a 1-inch bullnose bit, then order the 1x1-1/4 size. If you are fitting with our oval steel bar stock, use the 1x1-1/4 size.
